I appreciate that Vin is the only one playing electric when they do it live. KDev plays acoustic and Jesse plays a resonator. That song just has such a cool vibe. Jn time it will rank up there with classic Brand New songs.

 

So I'm at Lark Fest in Albany today and I just found out Cloud Nothings is playing later for free. Today is a good day. I am buzzing.

 

I just spent the whole morning helping my dad dispose of 3000 pounds of old shingles removed from my parents roof while my uncle puts up the new one. That was a pain in the ass.

 

I can't afford a dog right now, but maybe I'll buy some corgis to eat later.

 

5 hour drive to Vegas today ugh

One time I drove from San Diego to Vegas to Los Angeles for a concert back to San Diego all in the same day

 

Just found out that apparently a year or so ago a guy posted "Sealed to Me" on Facebook right before he killed himself. I wonder if that at all contributed to the song not being released.

We just got back from a family trip to Costco. I made the family listen to the new TWIABP album in the car.

 

My wife and kids went to Costco earlier when I was gone and came home with a 7 pound chocolate cake. I’m not mad

 

I abandoned the notion of catching up with this thread, and good to see that it's back to not being about brand new at all haha

 

@Kingjohn_654 by the way John, I loved the Seinfeld special. It was sweet to hear how committed he was to stand up at such a young age when he wasn't even getting paid to do it. The joke that made me laugh the hardest was the one about having braces and glasses and asking his parents if he could get more haha
