Low Teens

Yeah I’m just not built for “long distance” (for me) running. I’m 6’6” and around 245 lbs. Was around 225 lbs and in better shape but kids came along and...yeah. More unhealthy food and drink and less exercise.

Basketball is a lot of stop and go. I just gotta prep more for next year (already roped into it for work). It’ll give me a goal to work toward!

I know what you mean. I started biking to work when my wife was pregnant to get in the habit of getting some exercise, since I knew that wouldn’t come easy once the kids were here.

Then, once they started sleeping through the night consistently, I started getting up before they did to get in a workout first thing in the morning before they got up.

That’s what I need to do. Wake up early and get a workout in before work. My 8 month old son just started consistently sleeping through the night thankfully

 

137 and 451 specifically. I think parts of Same Logic are grating me more than they did originally as well

 

Yeah I think it's great. I'm loving it so far. Bill Pullman and Jessica Biel are both excellent. Pretty much had me hooked after the pilot so i'd say its an easy show to get into.

All I knew about the show previously was that Jessica Biel plays a character named Cora. I only know that because I have a niece named Cora haha

Ah shit I missed that. Don't really go in there anymore. I totally would of spinned it yesterday to celebrate.

This cover of Waste is quite good. I could totally see Dustin covering this song or In The Water. Speaking of In The Water i know this one was shared already but i finally watched it now. Dude even sounds a bit like Dustin.
