If anyone DOESN'T enjoy that song they won't like any Smiths/Morrissey in my opinion

 

I also feel like the ending song on OOM is a little personal diddle Jesse wrote sitting on his couch for his wife. I dig it so much.

 

It's classic Morrissey. I hope he's trying as hard on the rest of the album.

 

I think the song at the end of OOM should be called "No Resets"

I love the Smiths!

It was better than most of what I've heard the past few releases from posts on here or AP rather. But then again, I don't pay much attention to Morrissey as a solo artist. He's kind of an asshole, and he's said some things years ago that kind of got under my skin so I wasn't a big fan after that.

 

I think you're letting that opinion cloud your judgement on this song, and a lot of his recent work! He's been on a tear recently with great songs/releases.

 

I have 2 friends that speak German fluently

Maybe! I just don't enjoy some of his remarks and and he's so unbelievably extreme and overdramatic in some areas. I also look at him as a legend and really loved the Smiths as a teen, just kind of moved on from paying attention after I didn't like some of the things I was reading about him on what seemed to be a regular basis.

 

Yeah some of his ideas, like Brexit....I don't like at all

 

I'm a little sad I've never gotten around to seeing him in person.

I had tickets to both dates of the Cleveland Lollapalooza date in 2004 but it got cancelled due to low ticket sales.

They were in Cleveland back in 2015 but I didn't go. I messed up.

 

I just started on Ledges and was blown away. The video @fenway89 posted yesterday made me check out his stuff. Let me see if I can find it
