Okay "All the Songs were about you" is SO SO SO good! SOTY contender.

Man, thinking about this band from the beginning, what they've meant to me, and how good this is is making me really emotional, haha.

Ah that's it! There was a guitar tone that felt so familiar, and I think it was Tool/APC that I was thinking of. Really great tone.

always best to not expect anything with this band, of course, but this whole record is so different from nightmare and mene, it's crazy

The song that plays around 48 minutes in is so good. The whole thing is amazing. Maybe it was the previous singles, the wait, or just how apathetic they looked on stage at times, but i never expected anything THIS good. And it's come at a time where I really needed it too. Has been an incredible day, thanks everyone here for joining in this wild ride!
