It blows my mind how tracks like Out of Mana can now be one of my favorites when it was one that I didn't really care about at the beginning. At this point, I've just accepted the fact that all the tracks will be my favorites and when someone asks I'll just be like honestly just listen to the whole thing it's so worth it.

When I listen to this record, it almost reminds me of a concert with the speaking interludes. Like I can envision, the lights dimming during the interludes as they're switching out instruments. Just me?

I can't help but picture the lights dimming amidst a warbling hum and the words, "This tape recounts a dream..."

At least in regards to their opening track

Now that you mention it yes I see it too. Also with a backdrop of weird videos playing behind like on the Daisy tour in 09.

I also feel like the speaking interludes are nice too because it almost gives us "a break" between songs to process how intense some of the moments are

We reach for the longest shadow

what if they play that intro and go right into something like Sink? that'd be cool.

sorry I'm like live updating listening to this record for the 100th time, but I love the guitar pretty much playing the chorus to 137 prior to the singing coming in

The guitars on Desert are so good. That track has grown on me a ton and is so fascinating.

    Shut the FFFFFFRESHFISH UP

That's a very good touch, adds to the mood of the song very well

The end of No Control never ceases to creep me out, disturb me and make me laugh simultaneously.

Would LOVE to hear this album in full, what are the chances they will do that for one of their last tours?
