Do people generally still watch stuff when it airs? With commercials? I haven't watch a show on TV in years. Only times I see commercials is during sports. And even then I try to stream football games and pause them so kids don't see any commercials.

 

this is me, and even then a lot of the time im using some stream that cuts out all the commercials.

I don't have the patience or time to out up with them. I just download stuff 5 minutes after it airs if I want to watch it that night and the torrents cut out the commercials. Or the next day it's on hulu or something usually.

 

Yeah, even if I want to watch something right away I wait 10-20 minutes so I can skip the commercials.

 

That's what I did when I put up with directv. Eventually it got too annoying and found a really good private torrent site and wasn't worth it for dtv

 

Hmm the fantasy/sci fi turns me off of it

It's really good. I wouldn't call it fantasy as much though.

 

That’s really just the vehicle used to tell the story, it’s more about the kids and their relationship and how they come together for each other. At least in the first season.
