It's going to be like that the whole album. You eventually just get into a state of wrecked and accept its emotionally taxing embrace.

 

I went to bed at 2:15 my son woke up at 415, brought him to bed with me (bad habit my wife started)
I fell asleep
at 545 my wife woke up because my son had gotten out of our bed and was banging on my daughters door saying "Wake up" "wake up!"

my daughter was woken up and was super cranky, and rightly so. so she laid in my bed with me and my wife took son downstairs.

not a fun night.

 

I couldn't make it any further than the second song honestly

Not that it was bad, but for obvious other reasons

 

My son kept waking up in the middle of the night crying. He kept saying "my nose is coming out," haha. He's got a bad cold right now, and sometimes he gets so much drainage that it causes him to throw up (although he didn't last night) but yeah, I barely slept last night.

But hey, if it's not keeping you up nights...

Is he still in a crib? or does he have his own bed?

I ask because my son NEVER slept (he just turned 3 in September) for the first two years. My wife was bringing him in our bed almost on a nightly basis and I was so nervous it was going to turn into a nightly habit for like, 10 years (because you hear those kind of stories where parents' 7-year-olds are still sleeping in their bed). However, we got him his own bed (twin-sized bed - pretty big for him) when he was 2 years and 4 months old and he literally hasn't wanted to go in our bed since and sleeps great.

Every song is "worse" than the last one. I do love how he covers every little detail when he recounts things. He uses great imagery.
