And, as I said, I would disagree with these descriptions. I think the difference between a melt and a grilled cheese is about proportionality. Only once the added ingredients start to overtake the dominance of the cheese do you have a melt. And yes, I admit that is a somewhat subjective standard.

Hey, just telling you what the internet says ... the internet is never wrong.

Warm spinach and bacon and onions is definitely enough to overtake the cheese portion IMO. 3>1 (And Bacon's virtually a meal on its own)
