Something I've always struggled with. I've never been extremely out of shape, but I have also never been able to reach the level of fitness I want and it fucks with my confidence badly. I know it shouldn't, but it has. The two times I got extremely close, I got comfortable and put the weight back on or lost muscle mass.

Big part of it is confidence that it's easy to reach, and not setting a deadline. It has to become of a lifestyle and not a brief hobby that you give up. This is the most helpful advice I've been given.

I find that having a partner or like what your job is doing is very helpful, like a system of checks and balances so you don't slack. I wish the best of luck to you!

I've been hesitant to listen. I idolize Anthony and his work I've followed for many years. But I really didn't like Descensus. It started to sort of feel like his voice lost its luster to me and I was sad I didn't like it.
