Duh! I should of known that for some reason I was thinking of football so Browns and Bills but then I remembered we are only Wednesday so no football tonight and didn't think about hockey. CFL does have games on Wednesdays sometimes. I'm going to see the Redblacks on Friday. So Friday nights are huge for football here.

I think you're just underestimating how much this band means to me (but also I'm being hyperbolic as usual)
Farewell Continental is great. I still hope they put out another record and do another tour. Some really great songs in there.

I listen to SF once or twice a week, mostly because I rarely have a solid hour-plus to sit down and focus on an album.

I’ve done that pretty consistently since the week after it was released. That first week/week and a half it was a daily listen.

I also ordered a standard vinyl + t-shirt bundle ha. I think I ordered the bundle first then saw the red/blue variant pop up, caved in, and pre-ordered it on impulse. I was never even a huge fan of Brand New until this album, so it was fun getting caught it the hype of everything.

My wife and I are planning on catching up on a couple of our shows so I’ll probably start watching sometime around 9:30 I’m guessing

The only thing that sucks is they haven't tweeted since June, and I think it was started by a Rangers fan because they used to live tweet during Rangers game, and they tweeted much less often after he was fired by the Rangers. The best part though is that when he got fired his twitter name was changed to 'Unemployed Torts'

 

Certainly a great song! I was trying to pick the absolute essentials. I'm not going to pretend I don't love the MCS songs that gratuitously use the f bomb.

 

In the Water is so great

 

MCS is pretty great at the one-two punch to start a record, so I would just listen to those 12 songs.

This is only true for IATM, CTTM, and My Dino Life.

The 2nd song on PS is one of their worst. The 2nd song on EIIKM is middle of the road (though still great). The 2nd song on Go is bottom 3 on the album.
