I can definitely say that from outside interpretation, @MrEdward comes off way more concerned about looking righteous than the actual issue at hand.

You're honorable for keeping things fair and level grounded. At the same time, your intentions were right and valid with your posts. He doesn't get to choose how his method of addressing an issue (new account with blocked info aggressively calling out somebody else) gets perceived.

 

Listening to the new Alex Lahey record now for the first time. Also great

 

i would say the same thing in any scenario, making jokes when someone has serious concerns (whether they are valid or not) is probably not the way to go. feel free to go on and have other discussions, but engaging this person just to troll them seems wrong in this case
