@truelovewaits you like Puscifer at all? for me (and probably most people I'm guessing) it's tool > apc > puscifer, but they all have some really good songs, in my opinion.

I've seen Tool a couple times, A Perfect Circle once and finally got around to seeing Puscifer last year, so I've completed the Maynard trifecta haha

 

Music wise I respect both APC and definitely Tool for how good of musicians they are. Like I can't say anything bad about them musically. But at the end of the day they are either just not my style that i'm drawn to, or I associate their music too much with some kids in highschool that I didn't get along with at all so it kinda of hinders my enjoyment. Probably a mix of both. But again, I respect the technicality and musicianship for sure

 

I've yet to see Tool, or Puscifer but I have seen APC and that was a good night.

 

The name Puscifer reminds me of Landry's band on Friday Night Lights for some reason

Now Puscifer is a Maynard related band I’ve just never been able to get to. I tried. On one more than occasion.

 

Just remembered when I saw APC was with The Mars Volta in 2003. was an awesome show.

Fun story:

It was in an area with a floor and then seats all around. I had seats becuase floor was sold out.

My friend kept all of his old ticket stubs in his wallet from old shows, so I had him give me one of his old tickets that said "FLOOR" on it and snuck down onto the floor for the rest of the show. it was pretty fun. he was mad because they punched a ticket in his Creed ticket stub haha. and also because he didn't think of it before I did.

 

Conditions of My Parole was their first album that clicked for me. Their newest one, Money Shot, was pretty solid too

 

That's awesome that you've seen all 3. I've only seen Tool. Puscifer have some good songs, definitely my least favorite of the 3 though!

 

Love Tool and APC but could never get into Puscifier myself.

 

APC is in Cleveland next month but it’s pretty pricey and we’re trying to cut back on spending with the holidays right around the corner

 

Has anyone on here received a shipping notification yet for the vinyl?
