No worries! My experience with their debut was pretty much the same as yours. I hope you enjoy it!

 

I’ve found most of the episodes, either whole or in sections, on YouTube since I don’t have Hulu. A few are randomly missing but the rest have been easy to find and they auto-play to the next one reliably.

 

Rick and Morty is a perfect balance (in my mind) of absurd fart jokes and inappropriateness and smart writing. They also tackle serious political/social issues in some episodes in a more subtle way than that of a South Park that I really appreciate.

 

Yea I’ve only caught maybe 2-3 references to other sci-fi and whatnot but it seems in later episodes the social commentary is stronger, or at least more obvious to me, and I appreciate those parts more.

Any of you that are students or still have your. Edu email should be able to get in on the Spotify/hulu deal for $5 a month i think. Just FYI.

When I tried to use my student email to get a discount on mlb.tv it said that I was shown to be inactive at that school, even though me .edu email was still valid. Do you think it would be an issue with this deal?

 

my sister always tries to tell me to get on that Spotify for 5$ thing but I been out of school to long, when I go back ill have to look into how to switch lol.

 

I don't know, I didn't do it because I don't use Spotify and already have hulu and I like the commercial free plan of hulu which is not compatible.
Should work though if you have the edu access.

Also for MLB..tv hit me up next spring since the past 2 years tmobile gave full access for free and I had like 8 accounts, I'd be happy to share if they do it again.

And I use the Hulu option with commercials so it won't be so different for me, just cheaper. Probably wouldn't use the Spotify that comes with it though.

Yessss so stoked for the regular season to FINALLY start!!!

 

I'm a Habs fan but Oilers are definitely up there for me as well as Ottawa. Winnipeg and Leafs i don't hate but Calgary and Vancouver i've got nothing nice to say about them so i'll just leave it at that haha

 

Are you familiar with the band Marmozets? I think there's a good chance you would enjoy them.

 

I am, I wasn't a huge fan of their debut but I'm willing to give them another shot!
