I listened to their new album again this morning. It's still a really good, grown-up, fall pop-punk album.

"Hearts" really hit me on this listen.

 

I'm listening to this album called Science Fiction, have you guys heard of it?

Pretty good. I guess they used to be some crappy pop punk band that grew up.

 

Definitely coming around to the new Movielife but it's still on the lower end of the Vinnie spectrum as far as his releases.

The last 3 tracks are the only songs I'm not into really yet

 

I remember listening to it in the background and passively liking a lot of things. Gotta give it a more proper listen.

 

It needs a true focused listen for sure.

the “woo” before the key change makes 451 the best track on the record

I think the only key change I can think of that I like is on PM Today’s “People are Machines” and even then it is because it is so overtly cheesy. I also definitely have a “woo” that I love and I can’t think of it right now and it’s killin me
