Sorry it was a typo, he actually said Cars 2. He said Toy Story 2 was the worst cash grab in the history of animated feature films.

This Pixar talk makes me wish there was like a Claymation talk thread cus I love Claymation but don't know where to find new/new [to me] stuff, especially since it's past it's hayday.

Also I read it at work and had to leave so couldn't reply but whoever said A Bugs Life is underrated deserves a +1 and I will give it when I remember/re-find out who that was lol.

 

What was the last claymation thing you’ve seen? The artform has sort of evolved for the better, I guess you would call it “stop-motion” now, but it’s still basically the same thing.

 

This thread reminds me why I hate the internet. And then @Raditz reminds me why I love it.

I don't think it's technically claymation, but I've been planning on watching Kubo sometime soon. I do love stop-motion animation.

Liking every post throughout that dumpster fire of clashing socio-perceptions was not ethically easy, but the good Lord never said it would be. Je vous en prie, to the both of you.

 

It was pretty nice! Kids had lunch and went down for their nap, I had lunch then took the dog for a walk. Came back, wife was sleeping and the dog went to join her.

The cat is always sleeping. Maybe I should check on her . . .
