Is anyone collecting all these brackets in one convenient place? I'm not volunteering but would like to check out the results of those I've missed!

 

Sadly not. Plus some of them like the blink one (which had an average of 50 voters each round) were massive and would be hard to catalogue. We do have a master list of the winners though

Thanks! TWY was one of the only others I saw, I know the final 2 was Cigarettes and Saints v Came Out Swinging.

Not asking anyone to do it or anything but it'd be amazing if someone had the brackets in full or even the top 8 for each -- what an amazing resource that'd be for people new to these bands (who might not be interested enough to dig through the entire forum discussions).

We have a TIE championship here folks. I have some listening to do. I will vote my tie breaker here in about 30 minutes after I had some time to think

 

From what I recall, I think TWY ended in a tie...it was kind of a mess at the end. Let me see if I can dig it up.

 

Band - The Wonder Years

Yeah...it was 15-15 at the end of the voting period but we couldn’t do a tiebreaker because the person who ran the bracket for some reason voted already (not sure why that happened...) Then shortly after the voting ended, someone voted for COS but almost immediately after that someone voted for C&S. COS fans thought they should’ve won but that go-ahead vote was late (and cancelled out anyway by another late vote)

This is why @BTDandFeelingThis doesn’t vote unless a tiebreaker is needed!!!

 

This was the entire Thrice bracket.

I was very dedicated for the Thrice bracket. I didn't have that same dedication for the Yellowcard one.

 

I thought we could zoom in on the pictures... We can still see most of it, except the Alchemy bracket that is just too big.

Edit: opening the pic in a new tab fixes the problem.

 

Alright everyone. I have made a decision.
Both of these songs are amazing, truly. It has taken me 40 minutes of listening to these songs back to back over and over to make my call. But it has to be done and this has to end eventually. I am choosing my vote for:

Youth/I Swear, I’m Okay

BELIEVE IT OR NOT. Going in I planned to vote for Fate. But...listening to these two, Youth/ISIO is just so well crafted. That transition. Those choruses, that final chorus and outro. To me, it’s just a slightly better song in an impossible decision.


So there we have oh folks. YOUTH/I SWEAR, IM OKAY is the winner.

I am not surprised at all...I was hoping that Fate would prevail but I guess we can still be friends ;)

This was a very tough decision and either song deserves the title! Good bracket guys!
