Not voting for Jesus really hurts my heart, but When I Come Around has always been my favorite GD song and I believe it's their best so I gotta go for that even tho Jesus could easily be their best too idk!!

Outside of Jesus of Suburbia, really not into this final four. The other 3 probably wouldn't even be top 20 GD songs for but oh well. The fact that When I Come Around is winning right now is really surprising. i like the song, but Jesus of Suburbia keeps my interest better for 9 minutes than When I come around does for 4. Anyway:

I will not take this When I come Around slander. It’s a fantastic song and one that always hits close to home for me in a lot of ways. JOS is great, too, don’t get me wrong.

 

Hitchin and WICA are 2 of my favorite GD songs, so I'm happy

I can't be 100% certain, but I think "When I Come Around" might have been the first Green Day song I ever heard when I was younger. Loved it instantly then, still love it now.

 

When I Come Around is my third-favourite Green Day song of all time. Jesus of Suburbia is second.

 

Mine was Mariiiiiiiiiiia. I had no idea that and Poprocks were new add-ons and International Superhits went chronologically from there. But I remember thinking those first two were just okay... and Longview was amazing. When I got to When I Come Around it was a song I actually recognised and that my dad liked as well. So began an obsession.

WICA is a fine song but it’s pretty overrated, especially compared to JoS

I know my vote is futile. Since this was announced I've been sure whatever won American Idiot would win this bracket just because of this site's demographic. We'll see if I'm wrong.
