Jesus of Suburbia is absolutely fantastic, but it’s kind of unfair since it’s consisting of five different parts. If Holiday was one of the parts of JoS it would be the best one. Therefore I’m going with: Holiday
Jesus of Suburbia!! While I think my faves Whatsername and Letterbomb got done dirty, I'm actually ok with Suburbia winning this, that song slays for its entire massive length
I don’t. It’s not really logical. Something written to be a small section of a larger song vs a “normal” song isn’t really a good comparison. I mean, people can enjoy Holiday over JOS all they want. That’s their right to an opinion. But I hate these weird ass reasons people give sometimes. You don’t have to always justify a preference.
I won’t argue with that per se, but aren’t the parts of JOS basically full length songs in themselves?
I look at it like this... I enjoy Jesus of Suburbia quite a bit more than Holiday, so I voted for Jesus of Suburbia.
Jesus of Suburbia (0:00 – 1:51) City of the Damned (1:51 – 3:42) I Don't Care (3:42 – 5:25) Dearly Beloved (5:25 – 6:30) Tales of Another Broken Home (6:30 – 9:08) I mean, some aren't long by any means. But they're not like, say, Generational Divide by Blink.
Tired: Holiday is better than JoS Wired: JoS is better than Holiday Inspired: Homecoming is better than both of them
