Chicago 2 days after my 30th anniversary of being alive, happy birthday to me
The Los Angeles date is right around my wife's birthday, my mom's birthday, and Mother's Day. The Souls haven't had a headlining show in LA in a while, so I hope that it works out for me. $30 (plus fees) is usually more than I have to spend to see the Souls, but they're one of my favorite bands so I don't mind. I'm wondering if that since this is a 30th anniversary tour they'll play some deep cuts. They've always been really good at doing that.
Also, I need the book they just announced in my life.
They kind of announced that the book was happening at the Riot Fest aftershow they did in Sept, said they recorded an EP to go along with it. Definitely need that!
I’ve seen The Souls 28 times since 2001 (just saw them a month ago as a matter of fact). They’re known for playing deep cuts pretty regularly to be honest. I expect this tour to be no different!
Anybody else here plan on doing the Hopeless Romantic Club thing? If so, would be cool to trade the files from the acoustic story teller sets.
I’m probably doing it for Jersey City and Silver Spring. I’m 100% attending both the tour opener and closer.
I’m definitely going to CLE and doing the Hopeless Romantics. I should probably go to Jersey as well
Assuming they announce Stoked For The Summer after that show though so maybe just wait for that
Come to the Jersey show so we can watch and hang out!!
Considering it for sure! I really want to see Strike Anywhere too it’s been forever
