Huh, turned out it stopped pretty quickly in revere, and the south shore today. That made me happy. Fingers crossed its not as bad as they think tomorrow!
Snowing more than I thought it was going to where I work (Hanover), but it doesn't seem to be sticking too much. Looking forward to the evening commute home....
Snow done? Hope so...I'm an NU student (off campus) and REALLY want to go to KDev/The Hotelier/Petal tonight...
No clue. I only knew about the show because they mentioned it in an email. Never been to a show there, so I don't know how strict they are with checking IDs.
UBurger needs to expand to the West Coast. Can't remember a time when it wasn't perfectly fresh and delicious.
i was at the chance the rapper show for NU on saturday and they were ridiculously stringent with security - obviously a different size and standard, but there were about four layers of security to get through.
Difference is that was with tickets; ie. guests are allowed in some capacity. This is NU-only/in the Starbucks. No idea if they check ID's/if you went in before they close the Starbucks you'd be good.
Fancyish or cheap? For like sit down, nice restaurant spend 30-40$ I think Alden and Harlow for the burger, or rinos in east Boston for Italian. For something more lunchy I'd take flat parties in Harvard square over u burger any day and I'd also recommend cuttys sandwiches in Brookline.
Yeah then those two real restaurants would be my top picks, and I'd also recommend Row 34 for seafood and some beer nerding out. Truthfully I don't feel like Boston has anything distinctly Boston besides the seafood places but there are pretty incredible options in just about any genre
A little on the fancier side but still pretty casual and for some damn good calzones, try Picco. Also, can we show some love for Bertucci's bread rolls?
