Yeah, I heard about that. Can't believe he is still touring, to be honest. I missed two weeks of work when my dad passed, and I can only imagine how much more difficult that has to be on the road... EDIT: I made it sound like his dad passed- he didn't. I meant dealing with the illness while out on the road. Sometimes, I'm bad with words...
Oh well then I'm glad I missed it. Robbers is one of my favorite songs. Guess I'll just have to wait until next time.
I'm thinking Matty just wants to finish this tour if he can and then go be with his dad. They only have like 5 or 6 dates left I think.
Gosh, I was just listening to the bleachers album at the gym this morning and got teary eyed when Like a River Runs came on, haha. I can't imagine having to get in front of thousands.

The arena was only half filled last night. And I thought they were good not great. They were better at the HOB, but that may be a personal preference because I hate large venues.
Doesn't surprise me, to be honest. I hate the drive to Lowell, and probably haven't gone there for a show since the Paramore/Jimmy Eat World tour. Also, it was a school night, which probably kept some fans from going. I don't mean that in a rude way
I was at that show, too! Also got to see FOB at Not So Silent Night last December. Saw the 1975 there in December too. Won passes to a listening party with the band before the show. Was a cool experience having Matty sit next to me dissecting Change of Heart while we all heard it for the first time
