Claude wasn't the problem, they made the right choice by moving Cam away from hockey operations. Claude did a great job with the roster he was dealt.
You can't collapse two years in a row and survive. Claude isn't the only problem, but he is a problem. He's great for a veteran lead team, but he's not the right guy for a youth movement, which is what we are in right now. He should go, so should Don.
Eh, I dunno. I wouldn't be terribly upset if he was let go but I don't really think he's the issue. And it's not like we don't have our share of veterans.
We do, but we have young guys in incredibly important roles who need to grow and develop. And he's never been strong at that. This isn't a hateful rant against Claude. I just don't think this team is putting itself in a position to contend anytime soon.
That's very close to my place but I have never been. Should I? It takes a lot more me to not go to Garlic N Lemons.
What is going on with all these random Bomb Threats in MA? There were 30 called in at 8am just today. This is insane.
I like it a lot, although my hot/dry pot experience is very limited. Conversely, I've never been to Garlic N Lemons! Although I'll be moving a couple streets away in the fall, I'll have to try. Heard nothing but good things
I miss MA so much, I moved to AZ in December and have been back in MA every month since. Grew up in Boston and spent my teens in Western MA so it's super cool to see all the familiar town names here. Re:bomb threats -- my last year at Holyoke Community, there was a bomb threat practically weekly, either us or down the road at STCC and AIC. I think they ended up catching on that it was just kids trying to get out of tests/classes or something, it was messed up, but I wouldn't worry.
I had a few at my high school (agawam) but they were always either pranks or just some student being a dick to get out of class.
Ironically this conversation made me grab lemon on my way home from the gym. It's probably my favorite take out in the area, right in front of Roast Beast. If you dig Mediterranean or greek, highly recommended.
Oh good call, haven't had Beast either. You ever try Azama (sp?) further down Harvard towards the draft. Good good stuff
Azama v Lemon is a huge debate in my apartment. Well, sort of. I'm the only one who digs Lemon more, the other four prefer Azama. I dig Azama a lot too though, super nice guys there. I'm on Gardner so it's normally a stop on the way home on a weekend night.
