You me and the class war is one of the worst titles I’ve heard in a while. Excited for that one in particular. Give me Marxist pop punk
yep, in love with everything they've released from this. Not really sure why these songs aren't fuly resonating with their fanbase
Just about to dive into this. I've been a fan since 2016, but wasn't too excited by the singles. Liquid & Everything Is Ordinary were great, and I'm hoping the album is more in that vein. Ratking & From A High Ledge struck me as relatively boring alt rock, but maybe they'll make more sense in the context of the album. Plasticine Dreams just sounded like a weird Oasis B-Side I couldn't gel with.
I wasn't a fan of Everything is Ordinary at all. Felt like a step backwards from the last record. The rest of this is great though. Feels like a solid follow up to Neighbourhood.
Those are my thoughts exactly. I'm glad I didn't write this album off based on Everything is Ordinary. I'm liking this record.
The more I listen the more I like. I don't know if it'll top Neighbourhood for me but damn this is a great record.
This is so so so so so good!!! Best newer band! This album & welcome to the neighbourhood have both been phenomenal.
There's still something I don't like about Everything Is Ordinary but god damn I can't stop listening to this. Top notch stuff.
I think it's the auto tune/electronic filter that is put on Henry's voice that ruins it for me. That being said, the song is growing on me. The rest of the tracklist is much better though.
I honestly like it more because of this, it really just meshes well with the lyrics of the song and the overall vibe of the album, but to each their own.
Considering I went into this album only moderately liking 'Halo' and not really spending much time listening to the rest of their music, I was blown away by Glue.
Goddamn only 19 posts in this thread... been listening to this a lot lately. It’s oddly familiar in a way while still being unique and standing out on its own. Never heard of this band before seeing it on the release list. Glad I checked them out. Majority of the songs I really dig.
This album is surprising me. I'm not super into their older stuff 1's and 0's sounds like "Dead Songs" by Thursday in parts
I'm the same way. I still barely know anything prior to Welcome to the Neighbourhood. This album and that one are phenomenal though.
