Damn, this band really progressed. I mean, I've enjoyed Be Nothing. back when it was released, but with this track they stepped up their game so much. Is this a one-shot track, or is it the first single from a new yet-to-be-announced new record?
I remember seeing these guys a couple years ago and really not enjoying them but this is such a progression for them. Also, I presume, named after my nearest London Underground station.
Their last album was really great and this is a progression even from that. Fantastic. I love how many good UK pop-punk/emo bands there are right now.
This band are great live. I saw them supporting Moose Blood in 2014 and wasn't a fan, but when I saw them for the third time (again, supporting Moose Blood) last year, they were incredible. Every time since they have knocked it out of the park.
There are various things called "Boston Manor" and I don't think they're named after anything specific. I know it's defintely not the tube station though.
For real though, UK Pop-Punk and Emo is so strong right now. Neck Deep, Creeper, Trash Boat, Moose Blood, Boston Manor, Deaf Havana, Gnarwolves, As It Is (not a fan but still...) plus up and coming bands like Catch Fire, Homebound, Martha, etc.
