I'm bummed it's not a full length album (for now)

But I can't believe people are upset that we're getting 3 new studio recorded bon iver tracks after it seemed like they may be done for a long while (not saying that about anyone here btw, just judging what I've seen across the internet in general this morning)

I'm obviously excited for new stuff, but I just have a very specific aversion to EPs. I've said this many times, but my listening habits center around complete albums. And I just know a 3-song EP will end up lost in the shuffle for me, even if its really good.

 

Blood Bank is a rare exception for me. Maybe the only one ever.

I will say the most disappointing thing about this is I've had 2 of these 3 songs fully memorized for over a year lol

but that's kinda my fault for being a fanboi

So more of an art project like the press has been saying so far.
