Really loving this album and it’s top 3 of the year for me so far but it’s probably my 4th favorite Bon Iver record

Finally got to listen to this thing and it's gorgeous to say the least. Sable and Fable flow into each other seamlessly and it really feels like watching a story unfold. Still I'm not in the healthy and balanced mental state Justin seems to be in these songs to enjoy them deeply but I really hope to reach it in my own time.

Also, I don't know how but this feels like a spiritual companion to Porter Robinson's Nurture, for the themes of reconciliation with one's selves, present and past and the vibrant, soulful and wholesome atmosphere.

The new one and 22 A Million are on pretty even ground for me. I could see that flipping with more time. i,i is handily my least favorite, and the first two remain head and shoulders above the others, IMO.
