I struggle to fully process lyrics these days having less time for repeat listening than I used to.

Could someone elaborate on some of the call-backs/references to other songs (or link me to somewhere that does)?

 

I'm sure there's some unhinged post on the bon iver subreddit but I try to avoid that place like the plague.

 

I 100 percent agree with you, haha. And I feel that way because, when artists incorporate EPs into full albums, there is absolutely a correlation between how much I listened to the EP and how annoyed I am at those songs being on the album.

 

This album makes mornings so much more enjoyable.

 

This album just hits so many of my musical wants at this point in my life. Incredible record.

 

I’ve been so busy/out of it that I just got around to my first listen, I’ve been tired and feeling like a Zombie, noticed some stuff I was enjoying once I got into the non ep songs, then There’s a Rhythm came on and gave me full body chills, restarted it and full on tears,most beautiful song I’ve heard in a long time

doing the sip along. Sable is finally hitting as a concept along side the album. this record is his best since BIBI for me.

 

agreed but also that is a good lamp

 

for any fellow coffee hounds out there this experience is rad. As the coffee cools and the fruity notes start popping the album jumps to fABLE. pretty magical.

 

I fall more in love with this every day. From and I'll Be There were easily my least favorites but I wake up every morning almost needing to hear them.

 

The album was top tier first listen and keeps getting better with familiarity.

 

I had mine over the last few days and I second this!

 

Stanley Sievers (who every one on chorus.fm should follow) posted on his stories that his newborn was one of the babies they used in the photoshoot, but ultimately wasn’t chosen for the final photo.

 

Probably wasn’t cute enough

 

I really think this could be my favorite album from him, and I consider 22, A Million one of my favorite albums ever.

 

exactly where I'm at with it rn. had I'll Be There in my head all day the other day and that's probably my least favourite here

 

friend called that track sexy church music and it’s so spot on
