This Australian VPN hack is great because I get to hear the album early but after every 4 songs I have to hear some Bluey ass commercials.

 

Definitely feels like a summer record. Flies by. I like it more than i,i on my first two listens. Probably 4th best, but still very good.

 

definitely flew by for me, too. already like it more than i,i and 22, a million. probably my third favorite.

 

I'm grateful for the incredible sound, but I definitely don't listen to 45s as much because of this, haha

pretttttty cool on first listen. As an album, it definitely felt like EP + Album at first. Maybe because I listened to Sable enough times, it does feel like it's own thing. I'm going to listen to Fable by itself next I think. Will be interested to see if I ever really think of it as a singluar project, or always as two parts. They feel pretty stylistically different

 

I’ve been a good boy and held off. Think the first listen will be when I walk the dog at 5 am

 

I can see this record being a weekend morning staple in my household.

 

There's A Rhythm hits the sweet spot for me. Instant tears. Been having a tough go of it the past few weeks and I'm bawling. GD I love music.

 

Sure wish the weather in the northeast was cooperating with the vibes of this record rn haha. Nonetheless, really great stuff.

 

Listening to my vinyl. Nothing will ever top bi, bi or 22 but this honestly might slide in the 3 spot. I love for emma but never listen to it anymore. It’s already above i,i.

22 is still my favorite of his, but i could also see this sliding in at #2 or #3 (behind BI, BI). i,i and Emma rotate for 4th & 5th depending on the day.

 

Emma is great and I’ll always love and appreciate it but it’s just not what I really want anymore. I liked i,i a lot when it came out but that might have been convincing myself I liked it more than i did. It has some really high highs but some songs I just don’t really care for.

 

agreed. i think i have more of an emotional attachment to 22 given that arrived during a pivotal time in my life, and i didn't really feel it with those 2 - hence why they're at the bottom. all are great though.

if we're counting Blood Bank, i'll slide that in before Emma in the hierarchy.
