My record shows up tomorrow

 

The 3 hour window to listen to the album using fABLE sPACEs is today. You can use a VPN to put yourself in one of the locations where the timezone matches up with that 3 hour window.

I haven't done it but a couple of friends have.

 

I got mine from the band store and of course it's not showing up until after release day lol

 

It looks like you can just listen to it without being at one of those places? It says just go to any park?

 

Haha that’s the worst. This is the Spotify one, I can’t remember where I actually ordered it from.

 

That's right, there's a map on the BI subreddit showing all the different locations.

 

There are main listening spaces/parties which is what it shows you when you first use the site, leading to some in here saying the nearest one was hundreds of miles away (mine said closest was in Chicago, I'm in Detroit)..

But the software engineer in charge of this thing has been posting on the subreddit, he shared this link and said any park highlighted salmon would work. Since then, people have been asking him to add their park/open space to the app and he's been helping people. So shoutout to that dude

My hope is that the same backend is being used for this so I don't actually have to leave my office and it'll recognize me as close enough to the park.

 

listening now. sounds like you can leave the area and still listen as long as you don't refresh the page. my nearest park was right next to my apartment, so i hopped downstairs, loaded the stream, and came back up

 

Went to a nearby park, sat down and listened to the album. Yeah. It's kinda fantastic. There was really only one song I didn't gel with and even that one was solid.

 

Damn they have one available, but today is my marathon work day. It’ll be unavailable by the time I get done.

damn, when you go to this link and scroll to your area there’s really nothing? There’s legit a bunch of parks in Africa so I’d imagine there’s something closer to you lol fABLE sPACEs
