i'm pumped to check out the new venue.

 

If I knew for sure it was going to be like a full set I'd do it right away. I'll have to think about it.

I've seen Bon Iver 4 times this year so it's a little easier to MAYBE say no lmao

It's described as "an intimate performance," which makes me think it'll be less of a full set.

I've only seen them once, and that was when they were touring on For Emma, so I'm overdue.

 

Somehow even though I've been a fan since 08 I never got to see them until after BI, BI came out.

I would've LOVED to had seen the original 3-4 piece set up. I did get to go to the 10 year anniversary show so that kinda made up for it.

 

I love him even more.

I actually did earlier today. It’s one of my favorite albums.

 

The “2AB” program is a seriously great thing. More people need to read up on it. He stresses it at every show I’ve seen him play recently.

 

I just googled it and...it’s awesome. I’ll spread the word.

 

Posting this just Incase anybody hasn’t seen it. Roslyn might be one of the best songs in the BI discography and the way they hop into the Grizzly Bear cover at 4:52 is just so so so so so good

 

The version where he plays with St Vincent is great. I really love Anne’s guitar tone and effects in that one. This video definitely sounds more like the original

 

Nice little set tonight. I figured it would be short, but I was also thinking it may have just been Justin solo and it was not, so I was very happy.
