Hahah, he really did. Before they went into Calgary he was like "this next one is called... Edmonton Oilers. Im sorry we wrote a song called Calgary" and then made a joke about playing an alberta blues song and was like "i feel like im making this worse" haha

I have lawn seats and I've never been to the pavilion so we're gonna make sure we're there hours early. Looks th stage is still DECENTLY visible from the front of the lawn

 

Are the lawn seats that bad? I've walked by there many times, but never been to a concert. It doesn't look that far away.

 

I think unless you’re in the front you can’t see the stage at all. The tickets even say “audio only”

 

Dumb.

 

This is why most summer shed venues suck. The lawn is an afterthought.

 

I *think* theres a screen, but yeah, i didnt want to risk it. I drag my fiance to a ton of shows she hates so i figured i'd pony up the dough for one she loves.

 

It does say audio only but I did some research via YouTube and saw a couple videos posted from the front of the lawn and the stage seems to visible.

 

Even standing kind of far back in the lawn you'll be able to see SOMETHING

 

I got third row seats to the Indy show two days later so I'm not sweating it regardless

 

Yah, my work is right by this place. I definitely think you can see the stage even from the back of the lawn. The view sucks, but you can still see something.
