I don't know how I'm just seeing this. I would have died. Watch Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and the Revolution Perform Prince’s “Erotic City” | Pitchfork
This album has an addictive nature to it unlike many albums released in the last few years. I'm forever grateful for his first two records for being cornerstones of my taste as its evolved, but this is the only album of his I foresee myself returning to often.
TBH 33 "GOD" is possibly my favorite BI song ever at this point. It gets me irrationally pumped every time I put it on. I can listen to it 5 times in a row with no problem.
I cannot get enough of "Liner" and the rest of the Hazeltons EP lately There's just something about that lead guitar tone
Of course. It was great but you could definitely tell it was a project still in development. The songs were mostly unfinished ideas/jam sessions.
