I think Creeks and Moon Water are my standouts right now. Everything is solid though.

 

Big fan of Strafford! I do like Creeks though. Plus being from Wisconsin, I've gotta give some love to the 715.

 

Think my favorites right now are 8 circles and 666

 

I should add too, I'm not the biggest Bon Iver fan, so I'm kinda passive to some of his stuff. My wife LOVES his records, so it's fun to watch her get hyped over his release.

I don't mean to come off as pretentious or "meh" if that's how I sounded. He's great at what he's doing here and catches my attention more than someone like Francis and the Lights. In our household I'm usually the one dragging her to the record store and getting pumped, so it's fun to see the role reversed here.

 

Yep I love the little references. I'm a 920 man myself.

Never thought much of this band. Listen to this the first time yesterday and haven't stopped. It is special.

 

Oh yeah! My wife's uncle actually lives across the street from him so it's always awesome going over there. Plus we love the Eau Claire area to begin with, so it's just one more cool thing!

 

Nice! Always interesting seeing how many people are so close when you're on the infinite Web! We're in North Central WI, but have tons of family all over the state.

 

I don't think anyone in music is able to move me quite like Justin Vernon does while constantly pushing his own boundaries and the industry's as a whole.

He is a treasure.

 

I can't get over how great the second half of this record is.
