just finished listening to that live video. need the real thing in my ear holes asap

 

I feel like it's going to be a long time before there is another year as great as 2016 has been/continues to be with new music for me.

 

For sure. 2010 and 2007 were the last years I remember being as important as this year.

 

This year's been insane in terms of big profile releases and releases from artists I didn't think I'd ever get new music from. It hasn't been as incredible for me personally yet but based on the live video this album might help that, ha.

 

Most of the big releases have fallen flat for me, so I'm with you here. It's been a good year, but not my favorite. This album will definitely help, and the fall looks pretty great.

Absolutely cannot wait for this. Their self titled release is in my top 5 albums of all time. 2016 IS the year of dreams.

More or less what I feel. I think there's been lots of 'really good' stuff but nothing perfect or momentous for me yet.

 

ANOHNI is the momentous record you are looking for.

 

Sames, listened to the new songs, but not checking out the live stream thing of the album.

 

The first half of this album is perfection, slows down a bit in the second half, but absolutely going to be a fantastic album. Production on this sounds insane too

 

I think the closer and 8 were two of the most impressive songs. I can't wait to listen to this properly.

 

I love Over Soon. Haven't decided about Deathbreast yet. Regardless, this is going to be great.

 

Listened to the two new songs a bunch already. I think this will be the best thing released this year.

I stand corrected, this album is going to be amazing all the way through. The last three songs are unbelievable as well haha
