i had an electronic music class in middle school. unfortunately i had no actual interest in music at the time and really didnt apply any of it creatively.

funny thing, my first ever recording was done in that class and it was on tape.

 

Yup, he also taught TV production, music recording, and algebra lol. He’s awesome and I took one of his classes every semester that I could and eventually was his TA in my last semester of senior year.

hoo wee this has been an overwhelming hour or so since finding out both Better Oblivion and Bon Iver are coming through within like a week of each other

 

Do his shows sell out pretty quick? I won’t have the money till next Wednesday

 

Depends on the size of the place. Saw him in Louisville in 2017 at a 2,600 cap venue and it sold out in minutes.

 

There's almost always extra tickets released though. I won't have the money until next Friday either. If I gotta stubhub em, so be it.

 

I may have seen them in 2016, 2017 and 2018 but why do they never play california!?

 

Yeah it looks like it’s a 3100 cap in STL, so I guess we’ll see I’ll definitely stubhub too if I have to, seeing him at a festival was cool but people really don’t know how to shut their mouths

 

god I told a couple of too eager to chat guys behind me to please quiet down during BI’s set. We were in the pit for God’s sake!!

 

In the pit?? That’s just ridiculous. I was on the lawn and I swear it was like a sea of bros behind me trying to kill time before Tyler, the Creator

 

Lol yeah. It was an amicable situation and outcome, and I understood that people might not be...alll there...but I had to nip it in the bud hah

Wow that was stressful. Ended up having a bunch of friends who wanted to go so I got spotted, but getting 7 seats together was near impossible. Center Mezzanine towards the back isn’t great but at least I’m going

 

Think I got decent tickets for Cleveland. Site was definitely slow going. Wonder if these will last through the weekend

 

It looks like there’s pretty much only mezzanine seating left at my date minus a few scattered seats at the lower level so I doubt it (unless everyone who wanted tickets hadn’t presale)

 

Ever since I got that Pitchfork fest stream Heavenly Father has become one of my favorite BI songs. What a jam
