It definitely has Congeltons hands all over this. There are moments that remind me of some of the stuff he did with St Vincent but it still feels wholly Bombay

I love this a lot pretty immediately. I was nervous to see how they followed up So Long, but they did a fantastic job.

held off on the singles so 'I Worry Bout You' is the stand out so far. let's see how this stacks up to SLSYT which was one of my faves of the 2010s.

Can't wait to hear the new stuff live and just, like, fucking ascend to a higher plane of existence during the instrumental break in Let You Go. Maybe my new favourite song of theirs.

  5. Just finished my first listen and... a little underwhelmed? So Long had "Carry Me" and "Feel", which still feel fresh 6 years later. This just feels like indie rock - good indie rock, with a little bit of hip-hop production, but not nearly as forward-thinking as that album did. Hoping it grows on me, I was really excited for this one after the singles!

Love this. “Eat, Sleep, Wake” is going to be playing every time I’m in a Starbucks now isn’t it?

  11. Alright, I've come around on this record. It's still less adventurous but I love the vibe and only BBC can bring that.

This encapsulates how I feel to a T

It’s fine, I definitely like it, but it doesn’t feel as lush or full-sounding like the last two records did. Maybe that’s their aim, idk. Still got a handful of bangers.

So, I previously listened to Flaws and Sleep, and I thought they were fine outside of a few standout tracks each. But this thing has really gotten me. Every track has got such a purposeful vibe and synergy between all the instrumentals. It got me to check out So Long... and that one is really clicking with me as well. Really glad I took the dive into these guys.

How do you think guys, it will be a great idea to travel daily and do some video blogs and discussions while driving on a bicycle and making afterwards video editing and add to YouTube with good music. People will be interested? I need some advices here. I have invested in my bicycle a lot and video tech plus gadgets. Yesterday received my new light accessories from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078TB9TMK/?tag=absolutepunk-20 , will have a test this evening and will use my MacBook later on to see if it is candy, to make contrast between day and night. Hopefully everything will go nice.
