just gunna point out that el torante unionized and then both of its netflix shows ended within a year...
Just to set everyone’s expectations now... Here’s no way in hell this show ends on happy notes for every character. There might be lessons learned and whatnot but holy hell are there gonna be bummers along the way to the end. It’s one of the things this show does best.
I genuinely think Bojack will have a happy ending and nobody else will. How bittersweet would that be? After everything he’s done, just because he’s a Hollywoo star he gets to continue on with life carefree while everybody out there helping him and deserving of it gets nothing.
"I wasted so many years being miserable...I don't want to do that anymore." A sentence with at least one intensely dark interpretation. Gonna predict that letter doubles as a note of sorts as well.
I fucking hate this split season shit that Netflix does I'll probably wait until it's all out like I did with Kimmy Schmidt and Arrested Development
So there's that but then one of the animators came out and said this But I could definitely see the union thing still
I would agree, but also Big Mouth’s animation studio has been unionized from the start and they just got three more seasons
I don’t see an issue ending it now. Not every show needs 8-12 seasons. In fact no show needs that many seasons
Didn't a lot of people here think that this was gonna be either the last or second to last season back when last season came out? I feel like this is about the time for it go out.
Yeah I hope they at least knew going in it would be the last season. This would be a fine run unless the ending is rushed or a cliffhanger.
Yeah, the ending of last season felt like a setup for a final season. Sounds like they knew it would be the end early into production so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
