This was a good episode

Gene and Bob always makes for a really sweet pairing. I love how they both reject masculinity in their own unique ways but still have this beautiful father/son relationship

 

with how technologically inept Bob is how the hell are Gene and Linda watching the Marvelous Mrs Maisel, they can't afford Prime

Gene having midnight charcuterie and dressing as Fiona Apple Sauce killed me

of course Linda's favorite book/only book she ever read is a wine themed murder mystery called Death Cabernet For Cutie

 

this season has been fantastic

 

All the bits in this ep were great. Bob and Bosco shopping for pants was hilarious.

 

God this whole episode was a pun parade. They were made for the mall.

 

I pause the intro every episode because I can't read fast enough to catch the puns for the exterminators and the shop name.

the fake Tennessee Williams play was great and I love how much they showed how much Gene is a mini Linda

 

All That Gene is one of my favorite episode titles of the entire series. Have to catch up tomorrow and see all the goodness.

This show being willing to show Lousie going all John Wick in defense of Gene but then also giving Gene his moment to be like "Hey that's not cool I can take care of myself" shows how its still a cut above any of the other animated sitcoms out there

 

I love how distinctive the character design is, like I immediately saw the picture and yelled Bob's Burgers

 

I’m surprised FOX didn’t give this one a slot, would figure they would want to jump on Loren’s work after his success with BB

 

I don’t have any interesting in Apple+, but I would love to see this. Loren has never had a miss in my book.

 

Based on that photo, hmmmm let me guess who Gad is playing....

 

This show is like comfort food

There’s a movie coming out in July??? How have I never heard this until now

 

just watched the rerun episode Hock and Chic and the Celphalopod Monster (spelling??). Anyway, as always, it was funny. Gene's line about needing to take a something intermission break. lol And well, I can't think of the others that made me LOL but there were some other great lines there. Maybe just the way Joclyn's friend was speaking (all ditzy like) and signing "Rudy" instead of her own name on the cast. LOL Good times!
