At least Coldlight is gone. Seeing a mill deck was an insta-concede for me so I didn't smash my laptop in hatred.
I got Chris into HS two years ago and we talk about it often haha. When I saw this news, I knew I needed to tag him. Easier than messaging off chorus and posting on here.
You wot m8 I think league of explorers takes that title. The inspire mechanic just never took off. I still see quest priest from time to time.
LoE was fantastic. Discover is one of the best mechanics they've added to the game and the legendaries they added were almost all useful. Inspire was from Grand Tournament, which was just boring. Mean Streets was the backbone for some awful meta decks that are so bad for the game that Blizzard chose to nerf them all 3 months before they rotate to wild.
OH FUCK I FORGOT DISCOVER LMAO. SHIT I GOT MY EX-PACKS MESSED UP. I FORGOT WHAT THE GRAND TOURNAMENT WAS EVEN CALLED - that's how bad it was lmao.
Wanted to use Coldight Oracle in Mill Druid one more time before bye bye but RNGsus like NOPE put it on the bottom of my deck every time.

Opened a Leeroy. Did Leeroy + Preparation + Cold Blood + Faceless Manipulator. It... wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be. I can think of a few other whatchamacallit, OTK combos or whatever, but it just always seemed like a really dumb card to me, didn't really fit my playstyle--I'm not a fan of aggro decks where it would be the best fit. I don't know, I guess I'll keep it for now since it's from Classic set. Kept Gruul and The Beast for a really long time before deciding those were really hard to fit into anything. I'm saving up gold for the next set, I'm sitting at a little over 1400 right now. Would be cool to have enough for 20 packs by the time it comes out, but I'm getting kind of tired of the game at this point.
I could have sworn there was a Diablo thread. Anyways got the Necromancer pack since it was on the psn flash sale. Holy s soooooo much fun. Such a cool class. Just running around with a pack of skeletons blowing up corpses
Witchwood presale 70 packs for 50 bucks is a bit much, I would at the very least think about getting 30 for 20, which is roughly the same cost per pack/the same as the Mammoth bundle. I think I'll just stick to my original plan, save enough gold for 20 packs at launch then play until I have a solid 100 cards like I do every other expansion from last year.
