I've been playing a lot of smite/hots and I've been using my wrist a lot and it's been bad for me.

I've now had some wrist pains the last few days.

Oh okay. I was thinking you punched a wall or something lol.

Not going to lie I broke my mouse in a fit of rage once last year playing HOTS. But it was more because the mouse was broken (actually) and not because I was raging.

I've been gaming my whole life (I'm 30), but honestly not as much as alot of people or a pro gamer.

Last summer I was playing an ungodly amount of Destiny for ps4 and that's when I first developed pretty shitty RSI pain in my wrist & forearm. Using both the right analog stick to aim and the trigger finger repeatedly totally fucked me up.

I now have no option other than to really limit my gaming, depending on the type of game and the controller, since it's really only in my right hand. Maybe an hour or so per week is about all I can handle with much right hand/thumb use. Games that don't require moving the camera around / aiming are fine, like Mario Kart. Exercises like in that video do help. I can basically never play FPS.

the Necromancer pack was released on D3 btw and its pretty good its nice to have a new class to play with

7.3 is gonna be wild im v excited to get back into raiding in WoW

 

I was JUST about to ask about the new class for D3 for the PS4^

Nice might wait for a sale though.

 

its worth the $15 it comes with a lot of extra goodies. the necromancer itself is a really, really fun class. i hope they add the druid or something because another class pack would be welcome in my eyes
