Maybe one of the most fucked up mainstream films I’ve seen. My hedonist pothead anxious side appreciated a lot, though; editing was dope. Men suck.

 

super visually stunning movie. it's iterating on about a billion other movies without saying a ton on its own but, fuck, it was insanely cool to look at. kravitz has a real eye.

 

in hindsight Pussy Island would have been kind of a spoiler

and unsurprising coming from Zoe Kravitz that this cast is stacked

 

Just released on digital at midnight

 

went in completely blind and that was so much better than I was expecting

 

Thought Channing Tatum was really good here. Also agree that this is really promising in terms of Zoë Kravitz as a director

 

This film felt too long, could’ve easily shaved ten minutes off at least, and the pacing was very inconsistent.
