It's been rehearsed to play, but hasn't made its debut yet. I like the song. It didn't make my top 10 but it made the honorable mentions. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 6.5-7

For folks that like Bottom of the Ocean, do you also like Fighting the Gravity?

Like BOTO. A lot. Generally skip FTG unless I'm listening to the whole album; its in my top 5 least favorite Blink songs.

This is where I say to each their own. Just can't get beyond the sappy-ness.

Also, didn't Mark say he wrote that about his son Jack? If so, who the heck is Matt singing to in that song?

Interesting. They seem to be coming from the same place IMO. Was just playing them back to back today.

What are you least 5 favorite blink songs? Let's go down THAT Rabbit Hole.

Agreed, it's the joy of music. One mans trash is another mans treasure they hold personal. And yeah it's about his son...Matt is just backing him up lol

    To you perhaps. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Just not my jam. That album has plenty classics IMO, that one isn't one. If you like it more power to you.

Ignoring all the recent joke songs in 2016/17:

    1. Home is Such a Lonely Place
    2. California
    3. Los Angeles
    4. Ghost on the Dancefloor
    5. This is Home/Love is Dangerous/most of Dog Eating Dogs EP

    Agree.

    Super agree.

Now I Know This World Isn’t Spinning Just For Me Prestigious

I should clarify that even my least favorite blink songs I don't HATE. If someone puts it on in their car I'll sing along, I'm not going to be throwing my arms up in outrage if someone played This is Home or Toast....I just won't play it in my own car usually unless I'm doing a run through the whole album lol.

Also, it was either Toast or ATST. I made a judgement call lol

IM shocked people don't love rabbit hole. That pre-chorus is quick but one of their best imo.

I forgot about California. That song is worse than No Future. I noticed that my bottom 5 are all California era, I think it's probably just recency bias, they're on my mind more than junk like "Give Me One Good Reason" or "Marlboro Man". I don't really... dislike or hate many blink songs at all, unless they're sexist and backwards lyrically and bum me out that way. But those are pretty rare occurrences.

I am not into "Los Angeles" as a song at all but was surprised at how enjoyable it was live.

Hey guys, LONG time lurker on these forums, since before TOYPAJ came out! I remember reading the lyrics on AbsolutePunk before the album came out.

Enjoying the deluxe edition, but the lyrics seem particularly weak in places. I'd really like to see Mark stretch himself more lyrically.

Welcome to the dark side, glad you decided to join us!!

Yeah I love California/Deluxe but I know Mark is capable of more lyrically. I hope so as well. That being said they aren't so bad that I can't enjoy the songs, and there's a gem of a line here or there
