I find it amusing that Blink's little gimmick back in 2001 of "gotta buy all 3 CD versions to get all the bonus tracks!" had to help it hit No. 1 on Billboard, and it felt fun. But it seems that when artists these days - thinking Taylor Swift & Olivia Rodrigo, specifically -- offer up different versions/songs/variants of physical editions to pump up album sales, it's met with frustration. interesting to me...
