Pretty much what I expected their set would be. Makes sense that they’d keep it standard since they most likely weren’t doing a lot of rehearsals before this one-off show.
They deserve some rest but I also deserve to see them yearly, within walking distance, reasonably priced. So we're both going to need to make some sacrifices here.
Italia posted this show was the end of the OMT era. I can get behind that. Would love any tease that they’re writing again. This was an unbelievable period for blink. I don’t need them to rush another album cycle, but I hope sometime in 2027 we get a record or new music. Excited to see what direction they go next. Pt 2 pushed some cool sounds still within the OMT style I look forward to new music.
It's wild that mark beat stage 4 cancer and then reunited blink, toured non stop, wrote a book, did a book tour, and then kept touring. Dude needs some rest.
Absolutely an insane roller coaster emotional timeline for us as fans, but for Mark 100-fold. So happy to see him happy on stage. 100% ok with them taking a long break. I honestly thought they were going to take all of last year off after the 0-100mph they've done since 2023.
Italia posted MGK covering I Miss You on their story I've never swiped past a story faster in my life
Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree. 2003 with Untitled will always be peak, but living in this current era I would not change a thing. Everything has been perfect to be a fan.
TOYPAJ is my favorite blink era. The concert set lists were great, they were on MTV all the time, they didn’t hate each other (that much) yet. But OMT Era would be #2 followed by the Enema Era.
When TOYPAJ came out I was 11 so I only knew First Date and Rock Show and WMAA and All The Small Things at that point. Probably had just gone to my first girl-boy party. Probably a big poser. Still am.
It was so fun being 10-12 around the EOTS and TOYPAJ days, decked out in Hurley gear while carrying around my blink-182 notebook that I had to beg my parents to buy me from Target.
