I don't think I did any Blink full discography runs at all. These stats are most likely 90% One More Time listens and 10% random older songs, honestly.

Blink was dethroned as most listened to artist for the first time since Spotify wrapped was a thing. OMT part 2 was the most played album though. It’s been a minute, need to do a play through as a victory lap lol.

 

There's 18 Blink songs on my Top 100 most listened to songs of the year. 15 of them are from One More Time.

 

10+ years in a row of Blink being in my Top 5, although now they are firmly in the 5 spot. What will 2026 hold?????

I don’t know if I should be ashamed but the boys are on the 3rd spot this year right behind the German Disco acts E-Rotic and Isi Glück…and I’m not even German.

 

Dude Ranch still absolutely rips. It still makes me feel giddy like I just discovered something amazing for the first time. That feeling is THE reason the album changed my life. I said goodbye Usher, TLC, Coolio, Busta, Space Jam soundtrack…hello punk rock.

Eventhough Dude Ranch changed my life, I do think TOYPAJ captures everything I love about this band in one package.

 

Maybe I'm late, but was this common knowledge?

The guitars on California were the most forgettable part of the record. Sorry, not sorry.

 

Completely agree. It blew my mind to find out that Mark wrote the guitar parts to Dammit, What’s My Age Again?, Don’t Leave Me and The Rock Show. I’m sure I’m forgetting others too. But I always figured the guitar player wrote the guitar parts, bass player the bass parts etc.

 

deluxe edition of Fahrenheit 182 finally arrived today. the whole thing looks great. very happy i got a copy.

 

I still need to get the book. Fingered are crossed for a Xmas gift.

 

Blink played a random show in Cancun tonight. Where did this come from?

I’m jamming +44 today and it transports me to a hyper specific point of my late teens. It’s such an incredible album.
