Had the Tom guitar in my cart this morning and lost it before completing checkout. Honestly shocked those 10 went as quick as they did for how high the price point was.
I wouldn’t be able to name a single chainsmokers song and often confuse them with Imagine Dragons in my head, but damn I really like their song with Mark. It’s a great holiday downer song. The pop song co writer in Mark got me in the mood to listen to NINE for the first time in probably a year. I am beyond happy with where they are as a band but I will always have big love for the skiba era.
lol I just listened to a clip. I have definitely heard that song but wouldn’t have been able to name the artist for a million bucks. NINE was always such a complicated listen for me but now that the skiba era is over I can just sit back and enjoy it for what it is.
NINE clicked with me from the get-go. Neighborhoods and California are the only two that have been hard for me to fully get into.
I was surfing the web last night all about Everclear actually, great band. Art is 63 years old now, wild
i can def imagine this time because I remember it. Brick was a HUGE radio hit for Ben folds and everclear were one of the top alternative acts of the mid90s. the crazy thing is days of the new being above blink, but late-90s butt rock had a huge fanbase for an unknown reason
Everclear, Creed, Stone Temple Pilots, Third Eye Blind, blink-182, Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Goo Goo Dolls….. Mid-to-late 90’s music was amazing. I still listen to and follow the bands listed above. I actually just bought a Stone Temple Pilots No.4 shirt on Black Friday haha.
blink the only one still putting out new music worth listening to. I still give goo goo dolls a shot with every release but they haven’t been hitting in so long I don’t know why I still hope
i was literally doing that all weekend haha. i was getting real into the weeds of demos and fan-made shit haha. besides Hanson, Everclear was my first favorite band.
I was thinking about how long ago and far apart the last two albums are, but also how they're both pretty good! And those two songs from a few years back are great too
Out of all of these minutes, how many full discography runs did you get through? haha This might be the first year of Spotify Wrapped that blink hasn't appeared for me. And I still listened to them like crazy. Yellowcard, The Starting Line, The Story So Far, Scott Sellers, Turnstile, etc. all dominated my time.
