I’m cool with it. It was a blast hearing older songs and things that aren’t part of the setlist. OMT was an awesome closer for the Reunion tour. Dammit works so much better though.

Only dream item was I had hoped they’d bring Matt out instead of just dropping Skiba era songs.

 

Maybe it was Tom's call to scrap BTD? Or Skiba doesn't want to come out and do it every night?

Just my overthinking brain. Don't want Tom to check out again haha.

The first show was great and they were all in sync. A couple of times Tom went off the rails on his stories and Mark would be like “ok let’s play a song” but it wasn’t as if there was animosity, it was to keep on time. Additionally, one time Mark cut him off to reel it in and Tom made a joking remake and they both laughed.

People are always going to analyze the both of them but the truth is they are better than ever so… worrying is a misuse of the imagination.

 

Yeah i'm only joking. Every tour they do, someone says that they looked annoyed with each other at a show, it amuses me.

 

I thought the banter last night was what you can come to expect from Mark and Tom at this point. Mark did make a nice jab at the band being “better” when he was out of the band, but I didn’t think it was anything troublesome

 

Mark’s comments in Discord seemed kinda off to me. Maybe he was just having an off day. Maybe he was totally fine. Who knows.

 

I hope they keep mixing the setlist up if they come back to the UK soon. Wouldn't miss Edging or OMT at all tbh (apparently they didn't play OMT last night)

 

I did see Mark posted that they rehearsed the Anthems back to back to back… I would be ok with dying after seeing that live.

 

Banter was still a riot last night. I think people are reading too much into it.

Mark: “Yeah except when you see some 10 year old unwrap a guitar on Christmas and post “I learned every Blink song in 10 minutes”

lol right. Last tour everyone griped because production was so high it was hard to swap songs. They’re doing something we never thought possible doing outrageously rad deep cuts. Skiba crushing in his band and Tom all in. Mark shares some pretty benign thoughts about the flow and everyone freaks.

The only thing I’m personally offended by on this run is Tom’s choice to swap sambas for chucks smh.

got a report from some Florida homies. Sounds like the crowd was super into the entire set and not just the hits and this run is them having a blast.

 

I will say it's a little funny/ironic that they have tons of big amps on stage as decorations even though they're both using exclusively using digital modelers now.


They're probably empty chassis, but it would theoretically be cool if they could somehow run the Axe/Kemper signal through them to push some sound to the pit.

 

Guilty unfortunately. Wish I wasn't like this.
