That's not how it works though, you don't get every song against every song because that would literally be millions of picks to make.

Yes it does. I'm just going to sit here and explain how it works though. I didn't invent this algorithm that works 100% perfectly, I don't need to defend and explain it.

Think of it this way. If you picked a song over Stay Together that you then picked No Future over, you then clearly picked No Future over Stay Together. That's how it works, otherwise it breaks logic.

 

Sometimes known as a blind bias sort for that reason.

It’d be like saying:

I like apples more than oranges. I like oranges more than bananas. And then saying you like bananas more than apples.

it’ll also retest incongruent answers, it’s why you may see something you already thought you voted on; it’ll run through those picks one after another. And why the progress % isn’t just linear. It depends on what’s been ranked.

Look all I’m saying is I personally would tweak the list it came up with. No dimension do I pick no future over STFTK for example. Whether it’s user error or not, idk

 

That was insane. There is no way Edging is my 4th favorite Blink song and this ranking would be a headache to make accurate, but I do appreciate the eras represented in the top 20. It is too hard to decipher favorite overall songs vs. favorite current songs. Have always felt if I had to take the Buddha - TOYPAJ or UNTITLED-NINE I'd take the latter. Abundantly clear from this ranking.

Was looking to confirm Feeling This is an uncontested favorite. Mostly true and then @333 GANG puts it at 40 lol. Fate fell short on that one

It is cool to see the variety in favorites though. Blink holds this perfect tension between brutally dark reality and boundless youthful optimism. It is a buffet of radical music and a case can be made for most of their songs/records to be favorites.

 

Surprised I haven't gotten yelled at for having After Midnight end up at 96 lol

 

I got 33% of the way through the song ranking before getting frustrated and stopping because I already know my top 5 favorite blink songs.
