I think blink is going to play Coachella

 

I’m so mad I’m not going to be there even though I had absolutely no plans to go to Coachella and have absolutely no time to do so haha. Why are you personally doing this to me blink-182?!

 

Curious what you think their ‘target audience’ should be? Blink has always been a band that appeals to a wide number of people despite what ‘scene’ you fit into. That’s why they’re as big as they are.

The unjustified negativity surrounding this band is wild to me sometimes.

 

Hopefully we can get a pro recording of tomorrow's show.

I always cackle at people that rip on Coachella as if any other festival in the world could realistically have Bjork or The Gorillaz as subheadliners and randomly announce Blink-182's first reunion show a day before the festival.

 

*turns on live stream Friday*

(blink plays “Down” for 45 minutes straight)

 

They can play Down one time and leave stage and it’ll still give me enough happiness to last a month.

Again, this entire reunion is all a bonus to me. I didn’t expect it at this capacity. It’s all good to me. They play just the singles? Tom wears his love shirt? Don’t care. It’s all a bonus!

 

50 minute set

 

This show will tide me over until my show, but I fear I'll start becoming impatient for new music again after that.

 

it's funny that they've got Blink playing in the tent. that's going to be a fun show, for anyone that's able to get a good spot in there!

 

Coachella's a young/hip person's game. I can probably name a song by like... 5 of the bands playing across all 3 days.

Halfway through the set Tom's gonna remember that blink songs don't change the world like AVA songs do and he'll just do his monster voice for 30 minutes
