I've made peace with not hearing much new music until shortly before the album drops. I would honestly prefer one more big single and then an album drop even if that means we don't get new music for a long time. I do not want to hear 5-6 songs slowly dripping out over 3-5 months personally.

 

I don't even want a song more than I do an album announcement/timeline

 

If you ask me, as far as I’m concerned, I’m positively overwhelmed by all the great photos and studio updates. I couldn’t handle new music nor would I expect to get it.

 

Who fucking cares. Mark, Tom and Travis are about to embark on a world tour together, that is extremely exciting. We'll get music eventually, it's fine.

 

I’m so content with waiting, I probably won’t even listen to the album for three months after it comes out.

 

What makes me excited is that they recorded together and then pushed back on that January deadline I’m hoping we get the best album from them but who knows

 

Yeah I’m guessing they were going to around the last time tour was going to start, hence Aaron still thinking it was imminent, but since it got delayed they delayed the single as well. Gotta be one coming in time for the tour at some point here.

Only cool Blink thing I have is the oversized program from the Pop Disaster tour. Lots of good jokes and BTS pics throughout it.

 

Are people actually surprised we’re getting the things started before the band started recording first? I can’t tell with the hyperbole in here sometimes.

 

Take it with a grain of salt but Adam Devine just said “blink is postponing a giant world tour because Travis Barker broke his finger” on the latest This Is Important podcast. Hopefully he just meant the dates that have already been postponed.

Mark and Tom were rehearsing the past few days, without Travis, but I wouldn’t think they would be wasting their time if they were going to have to cancel more shows.

 

They probably are just being cautious and telling Travis to not practice in case he busts his finger a third time before even playing a single show haha

 

Exactly. I wonder why Travis isn’t trying to drum with one arm during his rehab. Not criticizing him but he’s done it before.
